About Us

Our Mission: The goal of our ministry is to challenge others to question the teaching and tradtions of modern denominationalisim and seek the truth of God’s (Yahweh’s) word from the orignal, Hebraic perspective.
In our modern Christian era, one of the most popular catch-phrases is “What Would Jesus Do.” I submit that the proper question to ask, and live by, is “What Did Yeshua [Jesus] Do.”  As you do, we trust you will find that the Jesus Christ oft portrayed in books, movies, and rock-operas is quite different from the Yeshua prophesied about in the Old Testament and written about in the New Testament. Our hope is that you do not simply deepen your faith in Jesus, but return to the faith OF Jesus. The faith of Yeshua, our Savior and Messiah.
“Real Teaching for Real Life Calling Us to Real Faith.”Our Statement of Faith:We believe… … that YHWH (Yahweh) is the only God.  He is the Creator; by His hand alone were all things created.  He is the eternal, omniscient, omnipotent, omnipresent Elohim of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.  The Great I AM. … that Yeshua is the son of God, our Savior, and the promised Messiah … that the Holy Spirit was sent to comfort us and equip us for ministry.   … in the scriptural account of creation.  That almighty YHWH created the earth in six days as recorded in Bereshit (Genesis).  And, after completing His work, YHWH rested on the seventh day thus sanctifying it and setting it apart as a holy day for all peoples. … that YHWH provided His law via the servant Moshe (Moses) on Mt. Sinai and that all of these commandments still apply to followers today. (James 2:10) … that the Sabbath, which is the seventh day of each week, is a holy day created by YHWH and given to us as part of His everlasting Covenant.  The establishment of the Sabbath Day, and YHWH’s commandment regarding it, originates from creation, predating all nations, Jews, and gentiles; and thusly applies to all mankind even unto this day.  (Genesis 2:2-3, Exodus 31:16, Leviticus 23:3) … that ‘Scripture’ is composed of the Tanakh (the Old Testament), and that all such scripture is to be used for doctrine, for reproof, and for correction and instruction in righteousness. (2 Tim 3:16)  The inspired writings of the B’rit Hadashah (the New Testament) are vital references regarding the teaching of Yeshua, our Messiah, giving us a deeper understanding of Torah.   All books of the Bible are completely accurate in their original form and language. … that Yeshua (Jesus) is the Messiah and Saviour.  He, taking the place of the Passover Lamb, became our full and final redemptive sacrifice.  This was not a sacrifice of atonement for sin, but a sacrifice of obedience as set forth in Exodus.  (Hebrews 9:11-12)    … that Yeshua was crucified, died, and then buried.  He was sacrificed on the 4th day of the week, which was a preparation day that year for the High Holy Sabbath of Passover, then buried before sunset and spent three full days and three full nights in the tomb so that the prophecy regarding the sign of Jonah might be fulfilled.  He was resurrected from the grave.  And we, as believing in Him and obeying the commands of YHWH, might be judged worthy to share in that same resurrection and promise of eternal life. … that the Biblical Feasts of God are prophetic pictures outlining the purpose and plan of our salvation through Yahshua the Messiah.  The Spring feasts foretell the now-historical events of His first coming, death, and resurrection.  The Fall feast foretell, in a prophetic manner, of His soon second coming. …  that we are saved by grace according to our obedience to God’s Laws and Commands.  …  that salvation is free, but following Yahshua comes with a price. …  that satan is a very real spirit being who is the chief advesary of YHWH, Yahshua, and the Children of YHWH.  He has been given power to rule the principalities of the world, but only for a specified period of time.  Satan rules, and wars against YHWH and His children, with deception and the assistance of denomic and spirit beings that fell with him at the time of his rebellion.   Our History: My focused and extensive work in the ministry began almost six years ago, but took on a most prominent role in my life beginning in the fall of 2004 after receiving my ordination. In December 2005, with my family’s prayers and support, major life-changes ensued as I left a career in corporate America spanning almost twenty years to focus my goals and efforts on building this ministry. New Covenant Fellowship, originally chartered in the fall of 2004, was born as a teaching ministry to challenge all of us to examine our current knowledge of scripture and to expose the traditions, myths, false-teachings and false-doctrines so prevalent in the modern Christian movement. We are not a ministry for the faint-of-heart or the immature believer. The findings of my research and study challenge all the traditional beliefs held by most modern Christian churches and movements. If you are feeling the pull of the Holy Spirit to dig below the surface of today’s compromised gospel message, then you may find what you are looking for from our ministry. We are continually pulling together challenging topics to insight your own studies and encourage your growth as a believer. I am not an authority or expert on any of the topics I cover, and I unashamedly make that point known. Why? Because I, like you, continue to gain new knowledge and understanding on a daily basis as YHWH guides my studies, research, and efforts. And at no time should the opinions of this ministry, or me, be taken as authoritative words to live by without first undertaking your own prayer and study to prove the topic(s) out for yourself. In the end, we are all accountable to YHWH for ourselves; while men have the additional accountability for their family. In addition, this ministry has a strong commitment to protecting and preserving the covenant of marriage, and the family unit. Therefore our other key area of ministry is to equip couples with the necessary tools, teachings, inspiration, motivation and support to put Yahweh at the center of their marriage. Thus, affording them the opportunity to work through any healing that may be required, renew and restore their marriage covenant, and enjoy all the fruits of the relationship that our Heavenly Father provides. Our couples ministry efforts are distinctly separate from the research and teaching aspects of the ministry. Therefore, married Christian couples of any denomination can find comfort, hope, and support from this fellowship. We typically use resources from nationally known family/marriage focused ministries as the core curriculum of our studies. It was decided that NCF would primarily reach out to a large audience via this website, yet also minister to a small local body via ‘home-fellowship-type’ small group study. Separate groups are held to provide specialized teaching on general scriptural studies and also specific studies affecting married couples. NCF has no design or desire to become a 6000-seat mega-church. As Yahweh blesses our fellowship and our study group grows beyond numbers we can comfortably accommodate in a small-group setting, we will prayerfully choose leaders to plant and grow additional home-fellowship study-groups within this ministry.

What text does NCF use?

Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you. (Mat 7:7 KJV)

As a pastor, teacher, researcher, and humble servant, I never stop asking, seeking, or knocking. On my quest I use almost all translations available to me at some point in time. However, there are only a few that I hold in the highest regard. When using a Christian Bible, I rely on the King James Version and possibly the NKJV. If my studies focus on the Old Testament, or if I want to cross reference the KJV OT for accuracy, I prefer the “Stone Edition” of the Tanach. If you have opportunity to use this awesome book, you will realize that some scripture preserved by the Jewish scribes in its original language is quite different than the translated (or should I say mistranslated) versions handed down to us via the Roman Church.

It is my opinion that almost all other modern translations have departed so much from the original text in the interest of bringing cultural relevance to the writings, that the original message has been compromised, watered down or lost. Again, I do use them on occasion because the modern English is easier to read or share, but not without going back to the KJV or Tanach to make sure I am grasping the full meaning of the verse
